First of all a good start would be to report a lot of bugs to this forum. Then SCS will notice you and your commitment.
Then after a while, write to SCS and ask them to be beta tester, write a little about yourself as well.

You need to have a little patience, many people writes to Michal everyday.
I still think your chances are higher if you do as I wrote because you then have a chance to show your commitment.
As you said, it's impossible to find bugs to report as they are already reported, which mean that there is MANY before you that would like to become beta tester.
I don't think that you can jump the cue by just writing Michal in a PM. You need to show a little effort like all the others, who reported the bugs, you wanted to report.

currently we are not looking for new testers.
and as flemming wrote if you wont have solid number of bug reports here on forum already made there is only very little chance we will want you as a tester.

Hi! I Would Love To Be A Beta tester On My Steam Page It Shows That I Have Been Playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 For 204 Hours! I would do anything to be a beta tester
