Ok. Can I move all credits, my favourite truck, mods in to a new profil. Must I start a new profile from beginning?

Mods you can use in all of your profiles. And that includes truck mods. But if you have a standard game truck and accessories, make a list of what they are, so you can get the same truck again and do the same things to it as you have now. Starting over means just that, starting over. However, like scanialoverr said, the game isn't over. You just hit the max number of drivers you can hire. I don't hire any drivers, so no... The game isn't over because you can't hire any more. You have many options. For example, you can fire your less productive drivers, and hire new ones to take their place.
