I already asked for a working link to download but didn't get any answer
Also have searched all over the web but didn't find too

Man I have tried to open it more than 50 times and different sites too but never had opened and said that the site was closed by host server because of over the limit exceeding of downloads

Sorry for the really dumb question, but I downloaded the plug in, how (or which file folder) do I install it?

First of all, get the download from blender2scs.tk/download. It's the latest version. (0.3.1)

Secondly, when you open the .zip file, pay attention to the location it shows for the files, which is io_scene_scs. Open your Blender folders, and find where there are other folders with a similar name, such as io_scene_whatever, and add 50keda's addon folder there. For me, that path is C:\Blender\2.70\scripts\addons\io_scene_scs.

Good luck learning how to use the program. I hope you're very patient and can follow written instructions well.
