Still no reply from SCS, i though maybe Max might have helped. The Scandanavia & the France DLC's are the same price, all they need to do is cancel the Scandanavia code i bought & send me a code for the France DLC.

Given that they are a small development studio it is entirely possible they aren't in this week at all. You could try PMing Max or Michal, though Michal hasn't been around for a week and Max is "hiding".
