Grrrr!!!! I just bought the Scandanavia DLC again thinking i was buying the France DLC from fastspring, anything i can do to get my money back.

^^^ That's cruel for someone that just said they're really stupid.

Try contacting steam. Depending on circumstances they nay give you a refund.









VVVVVVV Hopefully they will give him at least a credit or exchange then. Fastspring looks like eBay for software. Hope he got a good deal. ;)

Ask the store if you can have it swapped for France.

If the serial still works/is unused you could always do that ebay thing.

The "store" is SCS. Fastspring is just a billing service.

IN that case he just needs to email SCS. They're usually quite helpful (though it may take a while given it's Easter).

@Magnum. If you ever reach the age 55 pray that your body & brain still function normally :( I suffer from Fibromyalgia & have several other physical & mental problems.

I have emailed SCS several hours ago.
I dont use ebay anymore, i also believe there is a sellers fee. The key will always be valid because i already have one. I have been wanting to buy the France DLC for several weeks now but i did not have the money, i still dont unless i can get a refund.

I have NO DOUBT SCS will see you right Grimples. If you've explained it to them, as you have to us, they will see you are a loyal customer who just made a mistake with the DLC they wanted. They can't lose a thing, money wise by helping you out.
