Dismiss an employee via console command

Hello, I'm facing a crash when I select a certain employee from my list, so I need to dismiss him without selecting him form the menu, is there a console command to do this? Or at least, is there another command that can sell a specific truck from your garage? I think those crashes are caused by some old mods, that's why I'm asking for your help

Ok, nvm .. disabled all the mods and I managed to solve the problem, thank you anyway
