What are your favorites trucks for work or free roam?

Speaking about the vanilla version (no mods) what are your favorites trucks for work or free roam (without trailer)? and why?

Mine are:

1) for work: VOLVO FH16 (classic and new), SCANIA R TOPLINE and MAN TGX because I found very useful their power
2) for free roam without trailer: RENAULT MAGNUM (66 ROUTE skin) and MAN TGX for their great front visibility and the DAF XF because I like the cabin with the interior that seems wood

I generally like all of them, every single one of them has strengths and weaknesses...

For now, I use Renault Magnum for work... For some reason I like the field of view and windshield size...

Even tho I'm Level 40+ now, I use low-engine (480 hp one) for work as well. Feeling more realistic to real World (even tho, higher engines are ofcourse realistic too, but majority of trucks on roads does not prefer higher engines due to price and fuel cost)

ets2 works with the torque nm of the engines and not with the horsepower hp.

I play almost a year and try almost every truck but this week I try for the first time the Mercedes Mega space, this will be mine favorite truck to use.
I was surprised how much power this truck has at the bottom of the Rev range, it seems a good one for a hill climb.

1. MAN TGX 33.680 6x4, best original truck by a mile.
2. Scania Streamline R730 for the 6x2/4. Quick and agile and very stable on the road.
3. Volvo FH 2012 4x2, and I prefer the 500 and 600 engines.

But I mod all the transmissions as I drive with an H-Shifter. 16 gears for the MAN and 12+2 for Scania and Volvo.

I don't like MAN, Renault and DAF in the game. MAN has too big windscreen and it makes me feel like there is no roof, somehow looks empty and weird. Renault is generally ugly and the dashboard in the premium is bad. DAF uses the mirrors that I hate.

But on the other hand, Volvo offers great interior design and visibility; better than Scania IMHO. So yeah, speaking of the vanilla game Volvo Classic is my favorite truck.

Haha!! Totally agreed! The mirrors in the DAF are horrible.

I like the scania streamline r500 v8. I have driven that truck once in my real life (in india an imported and customized one) which created a great impact in trucks over me. that's why I'm loving it.

to begin with, I was all about the Volvo and Scania trucks. But now I pretty much only drive the Iveco HiWay and Stralis, Madsters Man TGS and Renault Premium.

HiWay (great handling and driving position)

EDIT: I missed the bit about this was meant for only vanilla trucks. I suppose its only the Man that's not stock in this list though, but apologies anyways.
