[Linux] Vertical sync does not have any effect.

I want to use the "Economic" vertical sync option in Linux (to prevent my GPU from getting as hot as a dockers armpit) but it seems it has no effect. In-game the FPS still goes above 30 FPS and in the menu it shoots way high. This is not the behaviour experienced in Windows/DX9 with this option; in Windows the max FPS is 30, both in-game and in the menus.

Distro: Ubuntu 14.10
GPU: GeForce 820M
Nvidia Drivers: 331.89

I have found the problem after investigating the issue a little bit ... the bug will be fixed in 1.15. Thanks!

Hi Petr,
I tried with the 1.15 beta (1.15.0.3s (rev. b93faba31931)) but I still get more than 30 FPS both in the game and in the menus with Economic vsync.
