Game crashes when i put a mod in

When i put a mod into the game and load the game, towards the end of the loading of the game it'll just go white and crash at the Hualin logo.. Explain?

upload gamelog (if it has one..longtime since I played it) and it would be much easier to say or just check it out yourself the last lines would probably say something ....ERROR

There probably isn't one... because I've looked through the whole files of the game, cant seem to find it :?

I never tried this game. So I'm not familiar with the loading process. But I know from ETS 1, that in those days it was possible to mod by hacking, while bypassing the official modding interface, changing the very base.scs itself. A bit like shooting fish in a barrel.

The error messages (below), seeing how early in the loading process these occur, let me think that such "base hacking" could have been done. Or the base is damaged for any other reason, the difference of course nobody could tell.

This might be one of the very rare occasions where I dare to suggest a re-installation of the game. To get the base file repaired.
