I have updated converterpix, but the result is the same. Also tried to reassign the adv_cpling, but unfortunately no luck. These are the imported files and the exported files. Maybe someone can look at what the problem is. Still learning with BT, is getting better, but this is still a no to me.

As suspected, opened imported/truck.pic and saw that "adv_cpling" locators are not properly assigned to parts... Some locators simply are not assigned to any part.
So once again, make sure to re-assign parts for "adv_cpling" collisions before export, if you don't know how modding wiki might help you: http://modding.scssoft.com/wiki/Documen ... art_system

Have a new attempt, and all the chassis work now. I just chose the wrong parts, but have done it this way.
Is this the right way? Or can I expect some problems again?

Yep more or less this should do it and it should work again in the game ;)

However just let mwl4 know, that you had problems with collisions, I am sure he will fix it ;)

Guys, converting the "old way", by hand, how can i get the exact values for specular ? blender just makes is own values i cant get the old ones there :?

Hello everyone, after 4h20 of work (4 hours to realize I had the wrong version of the conversion tools :mrgreen: ) I managed to export a fully working truck exterior model but now I have the now famous "has incorrect file version 506d6713 - expected version 506d6714".

What did I forgot to do? I precise that I have the 2.3 of Conversion Tools and BT 1.8.

@yasin28a: I think your problem is "Export Step" which is in your case 4 (this means that only every fourth frame is exported). Try to set it to 1 and export again.

@Bruno_G: you sure you use new version of conversion tools? Because new conversion tools can not produce this old PMG anymore... so just check if you properly set conversion tools path to new ones ;)

To avoid problems, I removed the folder and extracted the Conversion Tools again. Works like a charm!
I guess I shouldn't mess on Blender too late into the night. :lol:
