@tobrago: this error is for sure related to binary TOBJ, so make sure all your tobj are in textual version before importing/exporting.

@ 50keda: First to thank you for the help. If I understood correctly, tobj that the file in binary version. Am I right?
I looked all tobj files and they are all in a text version.

Please, please watch the video!!! When I started with the blender tool, I was able to import the model truck is converted with ConverterPIX-master and then export the model in the directory where is placed my mod. Of course there were no errors, but now manifest error.

The only thing I did when the model trucks imported from the base directory 'base_exp' that change the model truck, and again exported in directory 'base_exp'. The resulting three files (*.pic, *.pim & *.pit) I had copied in the directory where is placed my mod. Of course I copied tobj files, and copied dds files, mod works. But when I want to import or export the model truck then appear those mistakes that I have described in this topic. You did not answer whether you succeed you can import or export files I sent you?

And the same problem is happening here viewtopic.php?p=751974#p751974 viewtopic.php?p=752117#p752117. An amazing coincidence that the same mistakes and the trailer and the truck.

Yet you have to have some TOBJ in that newly selected SCS project path. Because this case for now behaves completely the same as Augustin.S's.

So please try to:
1. go inside blender tools installation directory
2. find & open file: "io_scs_tools/internals/containers/parrsers/tobj.py"
3. change line 22 from:

def parse_file(filepath, print_info=False):
to:

Code: Select all

def parse_file(filepath, print_info=True):
4. save and restart blender
5. do you import/export so that you will get error
6. show me output from blender console (if you don't see blender console then use Window -> Toggle System Console)

Polatlı: Make sure you don't have any files or folders within the Conversion Tools directory open when you are trying to run CT via BT/Conversion Helper. If that doesn't help, check [conversion tools directory]/bin/win_x86/mass_convert.log. It should have some clues as to what's gone awry.

Wait, wait, now you have me totally confused. In the folder 'C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\ETS2 RADNI FAJLOVI\mod_projekt\base\material\environment' there is no file 'generic_reflection.tobj'. There has only 'vehicle_reflection.tobj'.

I have a question for you. How much you pay in SCS? My suggestion to increase your salary. :D

edit: A man learns while he is alive. I was able to import the model truck, without error. When you've written your last post, I figured out where I made mistakes. Where was my fault. I copied files from a folder 'BlenderTools-1.8\data\sample_base\material\environment' to folder base file 'generic_s.tga and vehicle_reflection.tobj'. But I needed to copy from 'BlenderTools-1.8\data\sample_truck_base\material\environment' to folder base file 'generic_b.tga, generic_s.tga, generic_t.tga, generic_reflection.tobj, interior_reflection.tobj and vehicle_reflection.tobj'.

For now works properly. YES! ;)

This is the third series signs. I managed to get the effect as if the glass over the sign. In the game a sign looks a lot nicer. Sign with more realistic it looks like it's made of aluminum, now it 2mm thick.
