1.32 - Sun Elevation in Roma

SCS, in Roma (haven't checked the other Italian cities), the summer sun at what looks like 8:30 - 8:45 am looks way too high up in the sky. This doesn't feel right. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm a newbie at it. Below is an ingame pic & a website pic showing altitudes in the month of June, July, August. I've considered 15th of each month.

SCS uses the summer equinox on june 21, as the base for all their environment calculations and representations.

Well there is sth going on with your time zones. You can see that max elevation is not reached at 13h (which should be) but it's at 11h instead. This means your time zones are somehow shifted for 2 hours
