Some of the blue lights don't light up at all. Some Amber light up as white.

I used conversion_dump_path to convert the pmgs, but there seems to be a difference in lighting in 1.27

From my experience only the Illuminator lights go on low beam.

If you're talking about the roofgrill, it is not included.
