Reduce Engine Brake Effectiveness?

Hi

Is there a way of reducing the jake brake effectiveness by means of a line in the cfg file or otherwise?

I'm aware there is generally 3 levels of effectiveness in game but I would like to permanently reduce the effectiveness for further realism.

you can mod engine data.
