heavy haul dlc
Re: heavy haul dlc
The community cried for weeks until the trailer DLC was addedin MP, and since this heavy cargo has been asked for sooo long, people will again cry and shout to the developer to add it in MP
So there could be 2 options: either none will be able to play with this DLC in MP,or it will become mandatory

Re: heavy haul dlc
Not really my problem, I've tried MP once and I won't be getting back to it
The only ETS2/ATS MP I may eventually try is the officiall SCS one, if it ever happens.

The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

Re: heavy haul dlc
- imho, very hard because making maneuvers in reverse with multiple pivot points trailers is also very hard in real life.dubmans wrote:the heavy haul dlc is nice but i have my worries of the long trailers being
:how are you going to reverse it to deliver it
:how are you going to manage the h style exits in california

:quarry deliverys
- with patience and skill, I guess, or planning the trip to avoid them
- I have my doubts that we are going to deliver a 70 tonnes cargo downtown LA.
- just no, pls. ))
I have approximate knowledge of many things
Re: heavy haul dlc
As asked above, what about 8x4 chassis for ATS, with the inner most axle being liftable. We'll also need roof hazard lights.

This will be pretty unique for ATS, and I hope they add beacons for this DLC. Also, it'll be fun to experience how these trailers will handle and how SCS will figure out on how we'd park them. I hope for new chassis and beacons.

My opinion is that SCS better not start the MP feature.DanRO wrote:The community cried for weeks until the trailer DLC was addedin MP, and since this heavy cargo has been asked for sooo long, people will again cry and shout to the developer to add it in MP
You all know what kind of assh*les there are and the big question is if SCS wanted that and play for police all the time.
I have seen videos where it was a complete mess.
But as I wrote: that is my opinion.

Really really really looking forward to driving these around.
I like the challenges. That's the reason I drove the Kenworth W900L.

Re: heavy haul dlc
With the multiple pivot points... Wouldn't it then also be possible to get some road trains going? Would be nice for the New Mexico dlc
Re: heavy haul dlc
I still have to read an official statement about pivot points, so I guess you are inro wishful thinking. SCS showed us steer axles on trailers however.
Re: heavy haul dlc
Well, there are no road trains in America, but there are triples and turnpike doubles.wolflone249 wrote:Wouldn't it then also be possible to get some road trains going?
If it is stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.
