its accurate to my opinion
i delevered a load from phoenix az to kayenta az trip time was 9hr and 57min game time (30min real time) and i timed it and the time was 31min 11sec real time to deliver it

ATS has a scale of 1:20. It is enough to divide the playing time by 20 and you will receive real

well if you look at the clock in game and count how many real seconds it take to make 1 game minute its 3 seconds real seconds. thus for example 60 game mins or a hour mutiply it by 3 and you get 90 real seconds then divide it by 60 and you get the real time for 1 hr of game time which is 3 mins real time, here (rt=gm×3÷60)

That's if you are on the road. If you are in a city or in a company yard outside the city, then it'll be 1 game minute for every 20s real time.

you can use the chart to find out how long you are going to sit in your chair and manage breaks, and i dont get why the time scale is bigger in city?

Time scale is bigger in the city because a lot of time is consumed parking trailers, refueling, waiting at traffic lights, as well as lower speed commuting. So the bigger time scale helps to account for that.
