Is it not possible to create a mod to do this. Like Jazzy's trailer pack only with your company logo on the side. It would be just another truck but you can assume its one of yours.

A truck skin should be make-able in the same way.

I'm not a modder but it seems doable based on the existing mods out there.

I noticed when I gave my drivers better equipment, maintenance costs decreased and productivity increased. So that's why most of my 225 drivers (thanks to C2C map mod) have decked out T680s.

You could also do as Pauly did in ETS2 and take over one of the game companies. He took over the Traninet company for his Squirrel Logistics company so now you can get jobs and use his Squirrel trailer. I am planning on trying this with a company in ATS for my own company when I get more skilled at modding. I've been told that the procedure is nearly the same as in ETS2, so assuming you have extracted all of the game's .scs files, which is mandatory, and adjusting what you read for ATS compatibility, try this:

Edit the company map logo image.
material\ui\company\small\company_name.dds
In ETS2 these are 128x32 images.

Then of course, if you have any custom signs, don't forget to edit the image for them, and edit the def\world\signs.sii file if necessary.

The fact that you can't see company trucks is a real shame, because you used to be able to in older 18 wheels of steel games

I think it was people's greed for more drivers that did that.

There's a difference between seeing your company trucks, as in your hired drivers, and seeing trucks that have the same logos as your company, and look like they should be your company trucks. SCS has always has some kind of hired drivers in every trucking sim I've seen, but you could never see them on the road for the same reason as you can't now. They're just data... So there's nothing to see.

That is all we're talking about - why they're just data? My hired driver drive at specific time at specific location (you can look in driver's log - driver manager - where and when) and also i drive by this moment - there are many trucks in game driving by - it is so hard for programmers to slightly change game code and i see my cherry red painted truck with pinstripes driving by insterad of ''Darchelle Uzau''?
