Does 1.6 include oculus support?

#1 Post by Mytock » 28 Mar 2017 02:06

When I upgraded to 1.6, ATS crashes every time if I leave -oculus as a launch option. Does 1.6 include support for the oculus, or should I stay at the 1.5 beta?
Thanks

Because VR is its own branch, and is still technically in its infancy, will likely remain this way for some time to come. SCS will update that branch in due time for 1.6, but until then, one must wait until they do so.

The Oculus/Vive version was updated 20 minutes ago to 1.6 ;)

Heh, now time to play mod roulette and figure out which one keeps crashing the game :)

Thought I had it till I went to go take a job at the Tesla plant and got kicked to desktop.

You can get an idea of what mod causes a crash by looking at the game.log file that is generated in the games folder in your Documents folder.
