Tutorial about how to install the Maps correctly?

Hi all

Sry about my question i think it will be questioned about a tousend times but i didnt find something related to this so i try my luck.

Iam surfing trough this forum and other forums, i learnd there are different Maps of different Modders, so you need to be carefull witch version you download and install so you dont have crashes.

So my question is, how to do this step by step?
is there any tutorial in how to install or download for the actaul ATS game?
Witch Map i need, in witch version?

Project West
Viva Mexico 2.2 (version compatible with C2C)

so first i download all that maps install it, and after that i need to put these in this row that it works correct?
