I've broken my map, any ideas?

At first I thought it was some mod that broke because of 1.6, but after trying some things, I'm not too sure. Basically, my map is broken in the 1.6 public beta. When I pick a job, the two little flags appear, but nothing else. I can't change or interact with the map in any way, and it's getting really annoying, because I was exited to test out the new features in 1.6.

Currently no mods are enabled.

you disabled navigation drawing. go to options/gameplay to enable.
