Trailer Skinning - Non Alternate UV Set Skinning

I've been working on an Optimus/Nemesis Prime skinning project on and off forba little while now. When I go to create the trailer skins for the stock SCS trailers with the resuources available to me, ie reworking on of the vanilla company trailer skins as an alternate uv template, I get a trailer skin that is correct in one side but flipped on the other from how I want it to be.

I realize this is a part of the alternate UV trailer template, but I'm wondering if anyone would be able to give me a hand here and help with generating the non alternate UV trailer templates for the SCS trailers. I haven't been able to make heads of tails of Blender tutorials to be able to generate the templates myself.
