Unable to look left and right

As of recent my ability to look left and right has been to no avail. I have tried reassigning and it will not bind with any key or any button on my wheel (Thrustmaster T-150). I have tried re-verifying all game files and installing ATS again as well as wheel software and also updating everything and nothing happens. very frustrating! Also I have run anilizer on my wheel and everything turns out fine. It also happenend in iRacing so I figured it was the wheel but the test software on the TM-150 says all is fine. Help would be apprieciated

How the wheel is conected to PC? USB? Can you unplug it from the wheel?
