You forgot to ask if people keep them on, but have edited the options to change the frequency of tickets, the fine amounts, etc.

On > Modified so the fines are between 300 - 1000% higher.

I also have traffic set to 2.

Since we don't get penalty points and driving bans in this game, I just boost the fines to compensate.

I have my own traffic density and AI behavior mod. viewtopic.php?f=198&t=218431
I don't see accidents on roads with my mod.
I use g_traffic 1 but still have a lot of "<WARNING> License plate slots were depleted!".
I wait when Max can fix this problem.

I have the 10x fines mod enabled - with a .1 income factor a couple of red lights takes me several jobs to pay off!
