Speed Limiter as Tuning option

#1 Post by killerxy » 05 Mar 2017 12:00

Hey guys,

Not sure if this has already been suggested, but I think it would be nice to have the speed-limiter as a tuning option for each individual truck rather than a global setting for the entire profile. I tend to switch up between newer fleet trucks (which typically have speed limiters) and older owner operator type trucks (which may or may not) both in ATS and ETS2. Having each individual truck either assigned with or without the speed-limiter would be very convenient.

I'd like to hear what you guys think of the idea or if there is a better way to go about it :D

Thanks.

90km/h speed limiter is required in Europe and Latin America.

That's why you have the option in ATS (aswell as in ETS2) to turn the speed limiter off.
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

Yeah but that does it for the entire profile, I want it adapted as a tuning option so its truck specific. Its just a bit annoying at times to have to change settings for each truck.

After all, its just a suggestion 8-)
