Bug in a querry near Elko

As far as I remember theres a bug in a quarry near Elko and Jackpot. The bug is invisible and causes damage to my truck. Its simply a flat ground spot in the enterance of the quarry to the right, but if I drive over it it causes damage. Also near this same area are resting places on which you have to park at a certain angle to fit in, the problem is that i have parked there several times but the "press E to tur off engine" message doesnt show nor can I rest there. I have to park my truck over all the parking lines in order to rest.
