Weird. Have you tried compatibility mode?

Yep, just tried that, both for Windows 7 and even XP, still nothing. Just performed a re-install too. I know it recommends during install that you stop all running programs (anti-virus was temporarily disabled), but you can't stop everything can you? :lol: I've never found that to be an issue anyway.
Now downloading a fresh copy of ET2, I've still got the original activation code, so hoping it will work should I get that far :D There's always a possibility that my original game program file has got corrupted.

Thanks again guys, but as suspected, the fault seems to have been with my original copy of the game (probably corrupted during the migration between systems). I downloaded a fresh copy, and all is well. Except my original activation code doesn't work, hoping they'll send me a new one :D
EDIT: Also re-installed my copy of UK Truck Simulator, with the same result - old file doesn't work, new one does. But at least by running old games we're reminded just how much game tech has improved 8-)

Runs very well on windows 10 but one problem THE SKY IS FLICKERING!
