Hello, does anyone know if this video card will be able to run Euro Truck Simulator?

I need to use a low profile video card so I'm limited in the number of choices.

Just don't use "heavy" mods like improved HQ trees and too much traffic and you should be fine. It's known that this game eats a lot of RAM
