@Shir- Yep, and basically I told him to either (and how) to delete the lines from the def file or just not to lift the axle. By default, it's down anyway.

Don't take it personally, Stevo, I am sick of whole posts being copied over to sites like modsats including watermarked pics, and the actual mod being immediately re-uploaded to somewhere where someone else can collect a revenue from my work. It's not meant as accusing you or anybody else from being one.

However, since the SCS forum settings give full (reading) access without even logging in, I decided not to post the link publically anymore.

I don't charge for my mods, but I don't agree that others profit from it either. If others tolerate or accept it, it's their choice.

The 5 posts minimum for a PM isn't even difficult to achieve - 5 simple "thank yous" for mods (on ETS2 and/or ATS) deserving them is already enough, or you might post an approval in the media section, or just say hello in off-topic. It's a minimum token at best and might even require five minutes.
Anyway, I read about the 5 posts somewhere in the forum, dunno where anymore. Maybe I was told when I was fresh.

Tom

@TomDooley, I tested that out by deleting the specific lines from the def file, and caused my game to crash. It was the only mod activated (using my multiplayer profile as a testing profile when not on the MP servers)

Okay, good to know - that still leaves the option just not to lift it though. ;)

Yeah, this is true. I generally don't select the lifted chassis, I usually just prefer a 6x4 (on Ohaha's Volvo, I edited the def for the 6x4 so that the lift axle wasn't a lift axle anymore). The selections available on this truck is pretty good. Makes the standard SCS 579 look a whole lot better.

(Unreleated to chassis discussion)

Guys, if you sent me mail and expect a link, you better check your own inboxes...

Thank you for this wonderful mod TomDooley. Got to love the 80" sleeper, that's exactly what I've been looking for. :)
