While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@tbar, I used LMMS but you can use audacity as well. They're both free.

Is there something wrong with the rain sound? internal only, outside the cab is fine but inside it sounds horrible, nothing close to rain, I put the Realistic_Weather_Sound_by_nIGhT-SoN in front of of yours just to test and the rain sounds awesome on the inside, but can't leave it there as it cancels out your mod, but as soon as I remove the Realistic_Weather_Sound mod the rain sound horrible again inside the cab.

Update v17.27 has been rolled out on Steam Workshop (will be rolled out to older game versions on Steam Workshop + non-Steam editions in v17.28).
This one removes the rain interior sound from the pack so you now have freedom to choose your favorite rain sound mod to complement the mod.
This is because rain doesn't always sound the same (and the game only supports 1 rain interior sound) so we might as well let everyone choose their preferred rain interior sound.
The exterior rain sound and thunder sounds are also free to be modded by other sound mods as has always been.
@Gopher04 - The load order will not be a problem going forward in v17.27 (Steam Workshop) and v17.28 and up. Realistic Weather Sound is one of my favorites I must say!

I really appreciate you still supporting game v1.26 as well as updates since I (and others I'm sure as well) are waiting for a compatibility update from ProMods before updating to v1.27Drive Safely: "...will be rolled out to older game versions on Steam Workshop + non-Steam editions in v17.28..."

Some notes on the v17.28 changelog. I wanted to get more sounds done in this update but the AI traffic sounds do drain a lot of time to make and test.
The Lamborghini Aventador engine sound is possibly the loudest sound in the ETS2 pack. You'll never miss noticing the Lamborghini Aventador with a sound like that.
I recommend getting one of the supported traffic density/behavior mods since they have the sound plugin to enable you to hear it approach from far away on external cam.
Finally, there is a new default reverse signal sound I've added for the ATS edition, which I think better reflects the longer reverse tone sound you would hear in the United States.
I'm not sure whether to keep it as a permanent change, so I've left a poll to get your opinion. Make sure to vote!
Pack updated to v17.28 with the following changes:
Reworked default backup beeper sound (reverse signal). Truck or sound mods with standalone backup beeper sounds won't be affected. [ATS edition]
Amplified motorbike sounds for AI Traffic for Jazzycat's AI Traffic Pack for more audibility.
Added Cummins engine sound for AI Traffic Peterbilt 379 for Jazzycat's Truck Traffic Pack. [ATS edition]
1 CAT 3406e engine sound for AI Traffic Kenworth W900 added to array. [ATS edition]
Added 2 real engine sounds for Ford Mustang in AI Traffic (one quiet and one loud). Loud sound is more rare. [ATS edition]
Added real engine sound for Lamborghini Aventador for Jazzycat's AI Traffic Pack. [ETS2 edition]
Finetuned bicycle sounds. [ETS2 edition]
Finetuned hot air balloon sounds.
@Spectracon - You're welcome.
@bcote25 - Thanks! I do tend to give some contingency time for map mods to catch up. Shouldn't be long to go now. Maybe 1-2 weeks.

@Drive Safely:
Thanks for the MOD.
It gives colour and flavour to the simulation.
I drive with open window all the time.
