When you are in Nevada or Arizona and see the Rest Area located to the left of Bakersfield on the I-5 on the map menu, you only see the blue icon as seen in A. image, however, when you are near to Bakersfield with your truck, An unmarked area appears as seen in B. image, then when you are in this place, the yellow mark appear and everything looks good as seen in C. image, however, when you return with your truck to Nevada or Arizona, the yellow area in the Rest Area disappears again as seen in A. image and everything repeats itself again.
This same problem appears in the two Rest areas in south from Santa Cruz on Route-1.

Ok, thanks, but that report was for 1.5 version and was not repaired. Also, did not talk about the Rest Areas south of Santa Cruz on Route 1

When it's not repaired until the next build, it doesn't mean that we don't know about it or that it's ignored. It simply means, that the bug is not fixable or it's difficult to fix or there are other bugs to be fixed with higher priority.

Okay, I understand, but I'd like to comment on two things: The first is that 100% of the map can not be completed and the second is that to see this error, you have to save the profile and exit the game once you are in Arizona or Nevada for second time and when you load the profile, the Rest areas disappears. Thanks anyway for your attention.

Well that is not exactly correct.
You of course can explore 100% because there is some redundancy in that last 1%. Few rest areas should not stop you from achieving 100% explore (I have it). Also we don't have achievement for that so I guess you are just crazy to seek such a thing.
