Weight Unit unable to set lb and long tons [37856]

Hi

When i want to change weight unit to lb and long tons i can't set it. It's not selectable. I tried with/without mods nothing changed.
Game Version: 1.6.1.3s 64-bit Windows and Linux
Always reproducible.
