Speed limit near Kristiansand [0039106]

The GPS display drops from 70 km/h to 50 at the intersection, then it goes up to 80, but there is no traffic sign.
In the opposite direction the GPS drops from 80 km/h and displays 50 all the way to the 70 sign.

MERGE

When entering Kristiansand, the GPS speed limit goes up from 70 to 80 km/h at the town sign and later drops to 50, but there is no traffic sign.
In the opposite direction the limit goes up from 50 to 80, but there isn't any sign either.
