Bad AI Behavior

hi,

first i was thinking the problem are because of my own traffic mod. but no. disabled him, and only increased the traffic with uset g_lod_factor_traffic "10" and uset g_traffic "10" in the confg. i can´t explain it well, so please watch the video for a moment. the AI´s crashing all time at the junction. i show this junction only for example. it´s a general problem. but i think only in GB, not sure?

if you play now with a traffic mod with more density, you'll stuck.

You disabled the traffic mod, but you didn't disabled the other mods you are using.
So it's mod related in my opinion.

i have an "Vanilla" profile (no map mods, no traffic mods truck rework mods and a sound mod only) and i have the same thing that every now and then the AI crashes or blocks the road

they even give way where they shouldn't give way or they didn't give way at the exit of companies and so on

I've also checked and it seems that i was wrong the first time. It isn't a mod related issue, it's a prefab related issue.
Even at default g_traffic value i've seen 2 trucks collide.

yes, with standard SCS traffic same happens, but then it will be not a big problem. but if you have some more vehicles on track, then you will have after a short time big traffic jams. then you have to reload the game, or teleporting, or what ever.
the turn in point are to late. maybe i can solve it with this ai_drag_length_limits settings, not tested yet. because its a problem from SCS.

In this case just use the console for disabling traffic with uset g_traffic 0, after that enable again with a value between 1 and 10. There´s no need to restart the game. By the way, adjusting traffic behaviour seems mor complicated now since more values. Hopefully SCS will fix that...has been better until 1.26.

Did SCS remove the "drive on rails" behaviour of the AI trucks or is it just me? I'm under the impression that the AI trucks need more room for turning since 1.27. If so, this could be a cause of accidents.

Hi guys,
i was unable to reproduce, but indeed looks like prefab issue.

Add all necessary files please - every bugreport has to be in this form.

Game log is very important part of bugreport.
Fluent in a few languages, sarcasm and irony included. /truth on - currently overloaded, sorry for not answering your PMs - will do so once I got some time
