Perhaps the truck stop is owned by an Austrian Dutch couple?? IRL not all flags flying denote the country you are in.

Sorry, my sense of humour obviously didn't survive the medium - I must learn to use smileys more often. I will refrain from going on to point out that we've initiated Brexit between v1.26 and v1.27, because that is just going to confuse matters further
