It's not really an Indonesian Mod is it? A proper one would convert all traffic to RHD, drive on the left side, have a completely new map and bus stops (that were edited for left-hand driving. And then we could have a UK mod as well?

Nevermind, the coaches look ok, just work on the driving, ok? And the windows look a bit funny.

I actually want to change its traffic
be like in Indonesia
but in the map editor bus driver there is no option to change it
...
different from the GTS / UKTS / ETS that can change its direction of traffic

You would need to edit all the road files using a 3d modeller, and the prefabs
