Obviously 1.27 release for ETS, from what I assume they required a month in ATS because pivot abilities will arrive with next patch 1.7, since ETS does not have them yet, 1.27 would be ok :D

Paul's (AKA Squirrel) stream shows version 1.27, so its likely just a DLC release for ETS2.
If it is stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.

It would be better, if he stop licking his Scania and move to Trailers...

I don't like watching him ever, never enjoying his annoying voice too. But sadly I will see stuff first time too...
