this game should have parental lock that you can unlock for money... so we can run over pedestrians and get to pay millions for court process and stuff.

Well, I'm certainly not gaining any money so, there is nothing illegal with what you do with my co-drivers. Just don't mess with Lord Vader (although I can certainly use some of that)
