Re: Long-time, no-see on the SCS blog...
Also, for people that do not use Twitter, SCS posted pictures on the 14 Feb of them recording sounds from a 2013 FH.

I guess they had planned to release the patch much earlier but again it took more time than they expected—and if the next post is supposed to announce the patch's release, they can't post it unless it's ready.

Yes, you are right, but a truly engaged developer will keep their constituents much better informed...Markus wrote:I guess they had planned to release the patch much earlier but again it took more time than they expected—and if the next post is supposed to announce the patch's release, they can't post it unless it's ready.

A truly engaged developer makes a good working product, wich is ALLOT more important than a blog post not appearing for some weeks or a few months.
Hell many game publishers hardly inform you at all about new games or new content, unless their product is about to get released.
I'd say be glad they even post so much.

Rubbish, you don't have to be engaged to make a good working product. Many good working products come out without any community engagement. Your point is superfluous.gerbiepiep wrote:A truly engaged developer makes a good working product...
As regards to you statement "I'd say be glad they even post so much." This is the root of the problem. They should decide to either post consistently or not at all, being half pregnant serves no purpose whatsoever. It's just IMHO...
