It works ok in 1.27. If you have a red sky then you are probably missing some mat files (thanks John). Download them here and put them as a mod in your mod list. Make sure summer environment have a higher priority then the mat files.

The pmg files are not converted to the new format but thats no issue except for some yellow errors..you can convert them yourself if you want.

I was hoping to update this mod either last week or this but unfortunately it isn't quite ready yet. I'm making a few changes like replacing the old roads, sidewalks and grass plus introducing newer vegetation to the older part of the map.
