Yes this is new version and of course it will be included soon in Project Realism package. I decided to separate this mod for those who do not want to download whole Project Realism Mod.

Nice work Atak! But sunlight comes out way too early, 3 a.m? Putting it to 4 or even 5 would be more realistic, what do you think? Besides that I wouldn't touch a thing from what I saw

Gonna try it, quite liked screenshots.

But I have one issue with SCS settings, which is not only important for looks, but also for the gameplay: AI cars headlights visibility and attenuation. From what I see on your nite shots, your mod doesn't address this.
The problem is that cars' headlights are not visible so I can't tell where the road goes at nite and more importantly, I can't tell if I can overtake or not, at night. In real world they are very well visible from any distance, and partially blind me when getting close. In game, they are weak even few meters in front of me, plus they attenuate freaking fast, just like they been diving to some black fog! (most probably because of optimizations of not displaying too distant objects, and to avoid jumping in of AI cars near horizon)
I tried to solve it for myself but only could photoshop flare.dds, which partially did the trick, in a cost of making my own flares look stupidly overbright. I saw some attenuation object in scs, but I don't know how to work with models here so I gave up.

Have you been thinking about this?

SCS mentioned graphics updates and optimization of the engine... don't take my word seriously, but I think Pavel said it in that interview. So my guess is that maybe with new AI we could get some decent changes like those flares and stuff... who knows

That sounds very good to me, thanks! Because an immense talent of some players aside, I still trust to skills of the developer much more. Definetly hope for that and looking forward to it!
