Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

@Dotaaar: Everything's fine ;) ... but to maintain it, should be still a lot of work.

@Alex_K: Haven't created the appropriate archive. I will prepare and upload it today!

Second test fo the appropriate tower (for 3300mm wheelbase). Still some stuff to do.

Then took a break from the tower and tested "flashers".
So i have created slots and first flashers for a quick test.

Looks awesome! Combined with SCS's heavyweight trailers, this will be my most used mod. :lol:

My favorite 8x4 truck coupled with Roadhunter heavy pack trailers, it's absolutely perfect.
With future update for the game, it will be awesome.
Very good work, looking forward to see all the new features you will add :)

Dear Thunderhawk.

My compliments voor de Big Stars models. They are really great. There beautiful en good to drive.
I have 2 questions. In what way can i make my own skin? I have the templates, But how can i place them in ets studio? Or is there another way?
The second question is: The older models of the Actor Titan is also availible as a 8x6 chassis (Schwitzerland). This one is longer than a 8x4 en stands higher on his wheels. Do you think that there's a posibility that this one can be developed in the future?

Hello Rogier,

you can use ETS2studio to make skin mods for the Arocs & Actros SLT, as I did serveral times for the Steam Workshop.
To do so, you need the proper truck definitions in the truck database of ETS2studio. You can add the definitions for BigStars by importing them from the BigStars mod:
- In ETS2studio, klick on the yellow cogwheel in the top left corner
- Klick on 'Options' (left beside "Exit')
- Klick on Game assets - Truck database
- In the dialog window, click on 'Add truck'. A second dialog window appears
- In that dialog, click on 'Load from mod', then locate the BigStars mod in your file system and select it.
Then you should have the proper definitions.
