Are you running version 1.27?

Did you successfully register your DLC map extensions with WoT? (It should have prompted you when you first connected after the new version.)

If the answer to both is yes, you'll probably need to supply a full game log.

It has nothing to do with where you bought your DLC. 1.27 adds new functionality to WoT where the game registers your DLC map extensions with WoT. You should have got a popup when you first started 1.27 and opened your profile, asking you to register your DLC with WoT. Did it register ok?

Please supply a complete game log from a session where you have opened the WoT contracts window and found this problem. Use http://pastebin.com/ if necessary.

Please supply your complete game log.

It looks like there's a problem with your map DLC to me. The "Browse" button on the online preferences page above should not be greyed out; it should open another window showing which map DLC you have and whether they are properly connected to WoT.

Please supply your complete game log.
