So, I finally got the Vive and sadly the performance on ETS2 is so terrible compared to ATS. On ATS I can get 90FPS maxed out but not with ETS2.

On ETS2, even the menus are stuttering. Am I doing something wrong or is it really broken? I'm on the oculus branch.

I know this is not supposed to happen as I've played using the DK2 previously and it's working fine.

Some specs:
i7 6700K
1080 2x SLI
64GB of RAM

Are you running at a higher scaling? Are you trying to use SLI with VR?

In my experience, I get slightly better performance in ETS2 than ATS with similar settings.

Yes, with SLI. ATS performance was really great, same settings.

But on ETS2, it stutters really bad.

Same over here. Used to be really fun to play with VR but since a couple of weeks / months it just sucks and is one of the worst VR experiences (how did this happen... was really one of the best). JUTTER overwhere, even on lowest settings and 25% scaling.

Im trying to go back to oculus runtime 1.3, see if it solves the problems.

EDIT: Downgrading to oculus runtime 1.3 solves the issues like a miracle and even runs smooth at 200% scaling and textures set to high... Dowload 1.3 runtime: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B29-WM ... p=drivesdk

Turned depth of field off? Turned anti alaising off? Scaling set to 100%?

Issue also occurs in menu or only when driving?

i mean from sitting driving position,i look at the gauges and they are blurry, almost hard to read...if this is the resolution in vr,i might return the thing...
