Who knows whats going on at Renault Trucks and SCS right now, but chances are high enough that we might get the first electric truck ingame from Renault

Re: Renault Trucks Discussion Thread
I think Renault's campaign is well known and didn't surprise me much. Already with the 1.485, two functions were introduced, the automatic low beam and high beam, which appeared exactly as Renault in the advertising for the 2024 version.
At that time I already had the information that something was being planned here, but no official confirmation. The paint job that was created here with SCS help will certainly not appear for the diesel when it appears in ETS2, because it is intended exclusively for the electric model.
However, Pavel's statement was that electric driving will not come to one brand.
We currently have the DAF XF and XD, the MAN, which would all be ideal for electric driving and require little modification.
The Volvo FH and the Scania have been announced, both of which are available in electric versions.

Re: Renault Trucks Discussion Thread
The good point about this truck is that seems Renault wants to push it in the media (hence all those blog articles they could do). So, SCS would have not to battle with the company to have it but maybe battle to have it in time (probably another launch synced with IRL).
In comparison when a normal licensed truck one never knows when something will be put on hold due bureaucratic problems (lithe the Renault T itself)...

Re: Renault Trucks Discussion Thread
Well, considering they opened that route with the XD, the C can arrive some day
But so far, they have their hands full of work. Between new trucks and reworks, they hinted about 10 trucks in the stream. Most than probably some of them will not arrive on 2024.
Regards

The new logos, steering wheel and digital dash interior could also come for the diesel versions that were also updated with new logos and digital dash this year IRL and we can also get the new turbo compound engines.
