Re: ON THE ROAD - competitor of ETS2?
Just a quick post, I've edited my post and removed the link to the video I posted - it was of ETS 2 and not the new game called 'On the Road'.
I apologise for any confusion.

Fernbus sim with truck
Edit: I still dont understand why there is no new MAN in ets2. MAN trucks are in every sim game

It doesn't compare to ETS2.
IMHO, the new game looks very old style (the same happens with Fernbus).

Re: ON THE ROAD - competitor of ETS2?
The only thing I like about it is that they are planning to let the player walk free, get the papers, get a loading/unloading spot you have to go and so on. That would be a great addition to the Game. Other than that the feeling of the proportions is way better and the feeling for distances than in ETS.
On youtube there are videos of pre alpha footage where you can see what I mean.
In ETS2 I am Personally missing the sense for proportions, i can not define why. Everything seem to be so tiny:-) Anyone else too?

Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

This ON THE ROAD game looks very good and promising, I will give it a try.

Well, interesting, but nothing in the world can beat ETS2!
