I tried deleting profiles but no.. 64-bit mode won't start.

tried the steam startoptions -64bit :?:

also noticed you have 2 graphic cards ...SLi mounted or :?: looks like game only uses one of them = 2Gb RAM, a little on the downside
recent changes made the graphics take some more workload from CPU , you might wanna check that out 8-)

I have one gpu ,rx480 4gb. I should try that launch option.
