1.27 Crash
1.27 Crash
So it worked while ago with all the same mods. Now when trying to start 64-bit(also safe mode) it just crashes instantly. 32-bit version launches with awful resolution.
Here's gamelog.txt https://pastebin.com/dkt2gfEF
I can't post game_crash.txt to pastebin 'cus it's too big. So it's in https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4l_m ... UFSaWtJOUE

Re: 1.27 Crash
Remove all your mods and try again, the game was just updated for the new heavy cargo DLC and your mods may be incompatible with it...

I have done that and doesn't work.Dodge34 wrote:Remove all your mods and try again, the game was just updated for the new heavy cargo DLC and your mods may be incompatible with it...
Re: 1.27 Crash
@PooSo,
In normal mode also obtained low resolution?

Re: 1.27 Crash
Yep. When I launch 32-bit, it starts with low resolution like 640x480. 64-bit doesn't start at all.SlavikSD wrote:@PooSo,

Maybe change the settings?
My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg
uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "1"
uset r_normal_maps "1"
uset r_nowmi "0"
uset r_startup_progress "0"

Re: 1.27 Crash
I'm pretty sure I remember Max or Komat saying something a long time ago about safe mode and that you need to manually "turn it off" in your config file ??
If you suck at playing the trumpet, that's probably why.

Re: 1.27 Crash
From the ETS2 FAQ:
Q: The game fails to start or the visuals are corrupted. What can I do?
A: First of all, please update your video card drivers. If it still doesn't help, open the Windows Start menu in the bottom left corner of your desktop, select All Programs -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> Troubleshooting, and try running OpenGL and DirectX options in turn (these options are also available when starting the game in the Steam version). You may also try the "Safe mode" option as the last resort, which will reset the graphics settings in-game to minimum. Then, if the game launches successfully, you can adjust the video settings manually through "Advanced settings" to what you believe is a safe setup. If none of these options work, the sad conclusion is that your computer is simply unable to support the game. Please, check that your PC meets the minimum system requirements and in case you pass, try sending us a bug report (see below).
This is the only way I know of to fix things once you have run the game in Safe Mode. You also need to remove the -safe start command, if you added it to your shortcut. Otherwise it will just repeatedly start in Safe Mode.

Re: 1.27 Crash
Okay I finally got that working few minutes in 64-bit mode, I did new profile but when I go to change video settings it crashed and don't launch again D: I did those config commands too. I'm losing my mind kinda fast.
Re: 1.27 Crash
And omitted to post a new log ever since. No idea if it would have revealed anything, but right now it is like a toot-toot in the fog. For every new attempt a new log is needed.PooSo wrote:I have done that and doesn't work.
