But i can not understand that is not possible more than 154 empoyees to employ. Why not?

Nothing. This is the way the game is designed and I don't think this number will be expanded once more.

At least until recently, there was a performance issue from having too many drivers. I'd like to see more portraits though for roleplaying reasons.

While on the topic of employees, what is the max level or max skill rating for an employee. I have 20+ drivers on 7.5 and that is where they stay.
I am hunting for the "Aspects of professionalism" achievement - Have at least 10 female and 10 male employees of maximum level in your company.

Around 154 employees with a MAX skill of 10
I have around 85 drivers with a skill of 10 and they have been there for more than a year. (IRL)

If they're currently on "balanced", change their skill level to one of the skills where they are lacking. This will bump them up quicker on that particular skill.

Problem with manually selecting a skill improvement is you need to keep monitoring the drivers and switch to another skill once they've maxed out the current one. Gets tedious if you have many drivers.

I managed it for eco-driving then set them all to "balanced" once they were full, not knowing you have to manage them to the end. I have all the drivers and yes it did get tedious just for eco-driving. Looks like I have my work cut out for me :)

I manually manage all mine up to level 10. I enjoyed it as a part of my company to keep track of my drivers and there skills.
