Create a specific job

Hello truckers,

It's my first post here, because I have a small question.

I plan to do another livestream, this time including ETS2. What I need is a specific job from city A (which I want to define) to city B (which I want to define), delivering an (modded) UPS(!) trailer.
Is there any way to create such a job?
