Issue Loaded the Software

Hi...I bought the DVD ROM version of the game. For some reason when I load the disk in my computer it doesn't recognize the disk. I put in other video DVD's and audio CD's and the drive works just fine. Is there a go around that I can manually get the program to start? This is for the initial loading of the game......I just bought it and am trying to get it put on my PC. I'm running Windows 10. Please help!!!!

There is not any DVD version of ATS, so either you have bought a version with Steam installer on or you have bought a fake DVD.
ATS is a STEAM ONLY game, so I hope you have an Steam Key written somewhere on your DVD cover to use in Steam.
